Best tool for recording screen

Hi,
I want to make a small recording of me doing a few things on my computer (browsing a few sites), and i want to show this on the internet (sounds fun, eh).

Preferably in a flash format with a nice flash player

What is the best thing for this? heard a lot about camtasia...
