Sorry for not being around folks... Have been without my comp fr the past few days owing to heavy rains...
Should get it back this monday ... I will reply to all PMs as soon as i get it

Free bump for you.

My free package is available. PM the OP.

I cannot comment on this guys services - they could very well be quite exceptional. However, in my camp the dude fails for the following reasons:

1) I set up the account for the domain and gave the guy FTP and CPanel privileges on 7/30. Uploaded my requested WP theme and required plugins.

2) E-mailed him on 8/4. I didn't even see where he had logged into the account. Asked how he was making out and if he needed anything. Was assured everything was fine. He apologized for not providing any updates - VPS issues. Whatever.

3) 8/9 due date of blog launch and first posts. Nothing. No communication since 8/4. I was never even provided with a look at a modified WP theme. Still no sign of him even accessing the account.

4) All personal updates and excuses from this guy are posted in this thread. No direct communication to me. I guess one could argue that excuses are acceptable when you are getting something for nothing, however I chose to go with a paid service. I deserve the courtesy of at least being statused or notified of delays directly. I can be very understanding and patient, but at least demonstrate progress - throw me a dog biscuit, WTF?

Well, I guess thats too bad for you. I never base a business on something Im getting for free. I considered it value added. I'll be happy to wait until you're ready to start working on my site for me. However, in my review I will be commenting on how well you deliver what you promise in your product description (timeframes, word count, quality, etc)

Yeah I told him I wasn't impressed and wanted a refund. He sent a few e-mails asking me to reconsider and offering a way to "make up for it". I said fuck it, I already committed cash and 6 hours of my time on it, so I caved and e-mailed him back saying that I'd even allow him ANOTHER 10 days toward his "go live" date.

So far, no reply.

I have not heard back from him either. I will give it until mid-week before I start to worry.

Alright, finally got back my power. There was some heavy water-logging in my area (Fuck the rains!) and the electric sub-station got submerged (Yeh! wtf) - It was days until they could replace all the chips and the plugs and the whole big machine and restore the connectivity.

I work out of a small home-office, which has a few programmers and designers working, owing to the waterlogging none could visit etc. But now I have the power restored, generator backup in place for the entire society (Thanks to our Committee Secretary) and my employees back. So I should be sending out updates pretty soon.

@Jizlobber, just to clear it. I opted to post in the public about the delays on the flood, since I was posting my phone and with a slow ass connection. I thought if I posted publicly, everyone could read it directly, rather than having email or PM people individually.

Everyone, thanks for retaining the trust. Rest all is Niceness!

Yeah, I got a visual - make it go away.

Has anyone heard back from this guy? Did it start raining again? I have not heard from him at all even though I have PM here, hit him up on AIM and sent emails. I see he had time to post on WF but not respond to a paying customers attempts to contact him. Next call paypal.
