How about we do a how many bitches can you fuck competition?
Whats the point of transforming your body if you cant get the bitches to put out???
unless you guys are just into posting half naked pix of yourself on a forum and critiquing each other on them...
Hard to quantify. All bitches are not equal.
(Not to mention my motivation stems further than me wanting to fuck bitches.)
Never worn a belt - I may do at some point, but for now I rely on breathing to keep my intra-abdominal pressure up. I did yoga for a few years, and I find some of the breathing techniques from that to be very helpful with lifting.
Just got back from gym - 127.5x5x5, followed by OHP (50kg, but only got about halfway through 3rd set), and deadlift 140x5. My right knee is complaining a bit though. I'll see how it is tomorrow.
Diet-wise I've cut out grain, and am eating loads of saturated fat, meat, oily fish, eggs, veg and fruit. No processed foods, everything cooked from fresh. That's pretty much been my way of eating for the last year or two, although the grain/bread exclusion is new.
I drink about 750ml of Gold Top milk after each training session, which is much nicer than a protein shake.
Fair enough, most people say you can add 10kg or so to your max with a belt, although if you're very good at getting your intra-abdominal pressure up then it may not help you as much.
Some protein shakes do taste really good, PhD Pharmawhey (mint choc) for example I could actually drink just as a drink.
I am on week 2 of stronglift 5X5
PissAnt weight after progressing on a normal 6 days split for 3 months
But really hoping to gain some poundage on my Bench and OHP. Boring week 2. But I am adding 10 lbs every workout as the minimum plate I have is a 2.5 KG at the moment. And gained some weight on my already overweight self.. Everybody is advising against cutting with a 5X5
Then will do Smolov Jr for Bench and then Squat to add some more poundage after I hit a plateau on the 5X5.. before I move on to something more advance...
Today I did 60 KG Squat, 50 Kg bench, and 40 KG Row.. And fuckton of accessories..
PS: OP - Y U NO REPLY TO MY WEEK OLD PM?
People seem to enjoy playing the "PM mituozo" game and I get a fair bit of crap, so PM's tend to back up a bit, sorry. I'll quote your PM and reply here.

So took your heed and started 5X5.
Am doing stronglifts. Read SS also, but somehow I went with SL.
I already had pretty good PRs from the last 4 months so I didn't start with the Bar.
40 KG Squat, 30 KG Row, 40 KG Bench, 25 Kg Press (My press was really bad)
All good, but on day-2, I warmed up too well on the deadlift, and pulled 80 KG. Easy Peasy. But I am not sure if 80 KG is a good starting point. I miscalculated the lbs and lifted it.. My 1 RM maybe like 100 KGs? Not sure..
Anyway I did 80 KG 5X1. And still had lot of fuel in me. But I somehow felt that It was too much and I might stall on my progress too soon.
So, next Monday, should I go for 75 as if I started at 70, or go for 85.. or just repeat an 80..
Like I said I only started lifting in June.
Also for proteins, I am having lots of Steak. Is it a bad idea?
I'd just go for 85 now you've done 80. 70-80kg is a pretty standard range to start deadlifting in anyway. Once you get above 100kg I'd recommend you get some chalk (if you don't already), because your grip might start slipping.
Steak's a good source of protein, but high in fat etc too.. Lean meats are better if you put on fat pretty easily.
Also - you really need some smaller than 5lb plates. You will not be able to add 10lb a session to anything for long at all, and it'll totally stop progress on your bench and press.
You can order a couple cheap 2.5lb plates on the internet or something and take them to the gym if need be. I take 8 0.25kg (0.55lb) plates to the gym and increase my press by 1kg a week, for example. Although I didn't need to reduce it til ~50kg. Up until then 2.5kg was fine. I don't think I could have got far at all with 5kg minimum increases though.

Was right about the water weight, got up and weighed myself this morning out of curiosity, 198lbs.. So that's 7lbs lost yesterday, which is a shit ton of water. Crazy how much your diet can influence the amount of water your body keeps on board.
