Buddy on Shark Tank next Friday, doing AMA follow-up on Reddit

I like it. Simple and its one of those impulse buy products.

My hair is always jacked up in the morning or if I put a hat on, probably woulda used this all the time back in high school.

Love the positivity in this thread.

Hate the product.

Don't most folk shower in the morning?

I don't get it. How is this better than taking my hand and wetting my hair where it's a mess? If I get 3 drips on my shirt it dries in like 2 minutes, who cares? I really don't get it.

Great Name, wonderful commercial, Shitty one sale product marketed to men with enough hair that they have an issue with bed head and are to lazy to take a shower or are so gay that some water around the sink bothers them. I would not fund it.

Wait. I've seen this before on Shark Tank? They didn't like it. I'm not sure what episode it was exactly, but I've definitely seen it before on one of the episodes. Was there something very very similar? Although I remember the name.

This is weird, I can't find it anywhere, yet I remember it strongly. Has this ever been talked about before? On Dragons Den in the UK? I can find the 2 people with cooking caps, but nothing about this.

Someone tell me I'm not going nuts.

If I'm in a rush, I just stick my head under the bathtub faucet. What is so hard about that?

But I guess if you're away from home where all you have is a public sink at a gas station...then maybe?

I saw this product about a year ago on the local news. I believe they have also ran some late night infomercials. The brand "Morning Head" makes me think it is a gag gift. I mean how would you go mainstream to the general public with a name like that?

I think the current design of the product and the angle they are marketing it is all wrong. IF they are able to patent the technology, they should license it to helmet manufactures. (road bicycling, motorcycling, etc.)

Thank you for your valuable advice. All of your experience of owning a brand and being on shark tank has been so valuable to us all, please share more.

Because it's not evenly distributed about your entire head and then sucked right back into the tampon, removing all the extra water dripping down your neck and on your clothes and etc. No wet towel to hang and dry, etc. Just a maximum absorption tampon for a medium flow without an applicator or anything.

My question becomes, what do you do with it after you've used it? Squeeze it out and throw it in your pocket? I'm sure there's some ziplock baggie or something, but how do you get that sucker to dry out? How reusable is it and what is the shelf life of this thing before start squeezing mold into your hair.

I like the idea. I can't wait to see the specifics of it, and see how O'Leary responds to it.

You wring it out and put it somewhere to thoroughly dry. I'll put mine where my towels used to sit.
