I read your PM before the review. I've already PMd you regarding this but it is quite rare that something like this happens. I'll go through all the articles to see which ones are under the "reasonably acceptable" quality and replace them for you free of cost.
I request all clients to include a few pointers about the articles.
If you ask the writer to write about FootBall, he's going to let his imagination run wild and would write about the noisy fans, maybe frauds in football or heck, even David Beckham.
You need to include a few pointers that would help the writer understand what exactly your requirements are. For example, if you're asking him to write 5 articles about football, include information on what the 5 articles would need to be about.
It wouldn't take more than a few seconds to write out a 10 word brief of what the article is supposed to be or what kind of tone you require it in.
If you need it for a blog post, tell the writer to write in in first person since it would be going onto a blog.
If you need it as content for your website, let him know that too.
At $1/100 words, how much research do you think we can put in?
I'm not refusing to do any research, but you can't expect us to spend a few hours researching for a $50 order.
Volume10 seems to have a few issues with the work so I'm going through the articles, there don't seem to be any grammatical errors but the writer went a bit off topic at places so Volume10 is perfectly justified in asking for a rewrite.
Our work is excellent as far as the clients co-operate. Just a few pointers would be really useful, just a line or two maybe would help the writer understand exactly what you require.

I write my reviews for the benefit of all WF. I am never afraid to speak my opinion whether good or bad. When doing a review I never like to take personal jabs at anyone so no reason to take anything personally.
Dum Dum has reached out to me as stated in my last post. He is genuinely wanting to make sure I am satisified with the entire order. He went above and beyond my expectations making up for what I saw as issues with the aritcles. He did this before I posted my review so I feel it was out of geniune customer service. As I stated to him I would use his services again.

I did not specify how my articles should be written so I will request a re-write and offer to pay for it, but the articles were delivered quickly, are error free, and are well written. Also be sure to specify what file format you want the articles delivered in. I prefer plain text because I do not access my email from the same computer all the time and different firewalls block different services, such as google docs.

Looking for a large bulk order of 10k plus words.
A couple questions:
1) Would you mind formatting each article with section headers/titles within <h3> tags for readability?
2) If the 10k words are broken up into 20, 500 word articles, could you also include an image with each article that reflects the theme of the article? Additional fees for that?
3) Does it matter if I point you to an existing article and request an original rewrite? Is there a price difference for this?
4) Is there a limit to the topics you can write about? Can you do fitness, real estate, gardening, and other general topics like that?
5) Can you write the articles as product reviews?
