The first 30 seconds of the instruction video he instructs members, when they first log into the twingle network, they must click once on each his 2 blocks of Adsense.

Good find. This email address leads to the name of another real person who's identity Sam is using to accept Paypal payments.
To recap this Paypal account is used on one of Sam's websites (click the View Cart button to get to the Paypal page showing this email, stj2g@yahoo.com)
That email address was used by someone named "Junise Aranda" back in 2003 to make this forum post: what does clorax have in them to make things turn white?

Just as with Amanda Franklyn there's no way to tell if she has knowledge of what Sam's doing with her email address or how exactly they're personally connected.
