CLOSED THREADS.. READ HERE

My thread just got closed after a good, successful 3 pages.

I am still unsure of how things are going once it is closed because I would love to just "unlock" it and continue with it.

On the other hand, I can also pay $36 for another 10 days if that is required but I am going to wait a few days and see what the admins and mods plan to do and Il take action from there.

Ive also got 2 orders from that thread which Il do as normal and send to their respective emails. So, at the moment, just 1 question - what do we do now since you have closed our threads? Open a new one?

Lets hope for the best from admin in very few days.

I don't know when it will be decided, but one thing is for sure.

Many people who were living their lives with the help of wickedfire have been abandoned, I don't know why WF did like this, but the lives have been ruined. On the other hand, no news or update about a decision from the admins/mods about what will happen, other than that they are working from past one month.

Hope, at least the wait is worth.

They did this to prevent scammers. I like this rule but just 1 thing that needs to be cleared - what we need to do after our 10 days run out.. do we unlock our thread after we pay? Or do we start again? Once someone clears that, Im all good to go.

I really hope I can continue with my current thread but I won't mind opening another one. What they could so is give the option to unlock your thread after you pay and if you do not unlock it within a certain amount of days, then the thread gets removed and you need to create a new one should you want to open a thread. Just my 2 cents.

Eagerly waiting for a response from Admins or a Mod..

I think 36$ is not a big problem for the people who ever completely depends on the wickedFire.

The main problem is among the 2:
whether the old thread will be unlocked or should start new one ?

Have to Wait for the Admin or Mods step on the current situation.

Just an update.

As far as Zingo knows, you need to create new threads every 10 days if your thread gets closed.

I guess the Admins are still working on something but for the time being, according to Zingo, we need to open threads again.

Absolutely the same thing I come to know after I sent PM to Zingo regarding the problem

Lets hope for a good step in short period from the Brandon (Admin).

Formerly, when a sellers thread was removed or maybe locked, one could assume that there was a problem with the service or the provider. Maybe the dude hit the lottery and was no longer offering his service. Anyone of these reasons would mean it was time to look elsewhere.

I rolled in here tonight to purchase a service from a well known provider and his newest thread was locked. So what am I to assume? Who knows what the reason is. I've no clue. Am I supposed to read the "potential scammers thread" now to see if he turned scumbag (highly unlikely with his rep and sales volume -- but always a possibility), see what I'm saying?

And as you guys know, often times there is a fair amount of work on the buyers end leading up to a purchase -- maybe KW shit or new content, you know what I mean.

Perhaps the mods that lock the threads can post a small reason why: like invoice due, scammer, etc. I mean, if we're out to protect the buyers please give us a clue.

How about as a nice gesture while you guys sort out eliminating the need to keep starting new threads you just sort out a one time payment that will keep the thread open until the solution is live.

I don't mind paying for a thead here on wickedfire. But starting a new one each time is not good for the sellers, the buyers or even the staff trying to manage the mess.

Exactly!

One of my buyer just shoot me PM asking why my new thread was locked! Admin should be find some solution on this issue.. i think getting closed old thread it is not easy to take some fees to keep ours regular thread open?

Please some one look on this issue.. PLEASE ADMINS :1zhelp:

I second that. No news from admins sad :(

I hope this gets sorted sooner than later.

I'm a buyer and not a seller.

From a buyers perspective, I don't know which threads to trust and there is no history of the sellers track record in how their services are doing.

I just tried to PM a couple of sellers, but the system will not let me.

I hope this all gets sorted out soon - as I have to buy more services soon!

Thanks for everything BTW! - Great Forum.

What do you think about also making it a pay to be a member forum that way you keep all of those free loading DP members out of here. The combo of those 2 would keep this place nice and clean.

Same thing is happening to me.

Buyers bookmark our original threads. If they're closed the buyers are going to get confused, especially when they only stop by WickedFire when they need something. They're not going to know to look for new threads by the original members.

Can we just pay the $36 to reopen our old threads, or to keep the same thread going so we can maintain our history and reputation? WickedFire's bottom line would be the same ($36 every 10 days) and the sellers would get a lot more business because their reputation and positive history would be kept intact.
