From what I can remember, I've never seen a network rep called out like this on WF. I'm guessing this doesn't happen often...thank god.

This was a complete clusterfuck on her part.

I dont know if its simply my horrendous reasoning and way of seeing things but here it goes:

Amount of people that noticed the email before this thread = less than 100

Amount of people that went back to their inbox after seeing this thread to check out the email and the amount of newbs that are going to use it to spam the hell out of you guys = ...you catch the drift.

Difficult to say who's the real dumb bitch when you make such dumb bitch posts.

It sucks, but it happens way too often, it doesn't deserve its own thread.

Maxbounty did it awhile back if I remember correctly
Someone mentioned in this thread that EWA and Azoogle have done it.

People fked up all the time, get over it.
 
You'd think by now they should be doing a check at the mail server level to stop any email from being sent out with more than 10 people in the CC field....
 
Nvb went to shit when Rami left. I have some issues that are still pending 1 month later.
 
man they must all be in costa rica, I couldnt get ahold of a single person there today. tried calling all the listed network managers, my AM, and all their cell phones. WTFTFFTFTF

Seriously tho another network did this about a year ago and I'm still getting spammed from other people on the email list.

Yeah, but at least when that happened with Motive Interactive Brendan logged onto wicked fire basically right away, apologized, said the person who did it had been dealt with and that it would never happen again.

We're already on page 2 and nothing from NB.
 
More of a fail on the part of the company, should have systems and procedures in place to not allow this to happen no matter how clueless their workers are.
 
some of you REALLY need to create moats around your operations.

you know, things like "<networkname>contact@<notyourcorpdomain>.com" which if something like this happens can be tossed/filtered and a new email created and provided to the network.

hell I got Xmas gifts in 3 different non-existant people's name this year, you think some network is going to have an important personal email address or vital data just handed to them?

C'mon. Mistakes happen, and they always will. You're that concerned take steps yourself to protect your business.
