I can speak mainly for Omniture.
Use it in-house for top company. But like HConvert said its definitely a huge black box when first purchased. Configuration and all began a little over a year ago and we're still tweaking and modifying everyday for SiteCatalyst, however, the data is superb. You can slice and dice/segment all your data however you like just as long as you have an inhouse/outsourced developer (we have 2) to do what your brain (seo/analytics team) can think of. You can segment your data per locale, view how the user completely interacts with your site and view the sales funnel through every action they take.
SiteCatalyst, You must really know your shit when it comes to brand/non-brand keywords and your sales funnel on your website or else you'll be stuck in limbo trying to implement the fucker. It took a little over three months to fully automate the segmentation of keywords so that we have keyword level data thats broken down to where we can attack in a systematic approach.
Cost is up the ass. Lets just say if you don't have a top notch inhouse seo, analytics, and omniture team, the cost just can't be justified.
Test & Target is also fantastic, omniture in general, & like HConvert said, it has replaced GA completely. But its also because we've devoted so much time and resources to it that there's no point in turning back. DAILY changes, daily updates, etc. But if you're wanting detailed conversion reports, test & target is just the thing for you (Test & Target + BO - Crystal Reports + Adwords/whatever ppc platform data = Absolute knowledge and control) - Implementation: Fucking priceless.
& If you really want all the raw data you can get your hands on, Discover is great too, however, Discover is an additional cost and per license is fucking ridiculous.
Omni doesnt have a heatmap. But you can view all actions (breadcrumbs) and go from there.
omnitures excel client is dope too. you can spat out data out of omniture straight into a spreadsheet and chop data further with excel charts and shit. i do it nearly everyday. sitecatalyst internal charts suck balls.
Other thing, we just don't want the big g having our analytics data, they already have enough as it is...
KissMetrics sucks. meh. not impressed.
GetClicky is dope when you're comparing it over GA for freebies. Haven't tried any of the others.
2cents and a first post *cheers to me*. Hope I wasn't too vague.
