CX - Getting getting assf*cked by CX? CX not Paying you either for XM leads?

I've been watching this and the other thread for awhile because XM is a client of mine (they use TransactPlus as their CRM). Just curious about where you've heard this.
interesting - i personally spoke with issa today... he's not in israel currently, but i do know that he was there earlier this month. from what i know about his plans with my crm, he's not down for the count.
Nope still being postponed. They sent a total fraud report of 800 leads and some change which would still make over 100K payable to us but their VP Salim has said their CEO Rothstein is not making any judgements until they get the VISA reports even though MO and Salim both have stated to us that they didnt see any CC Fraud, but more of a pattern of general Consumer fraud and blah blah blah.
CX and Epic have been two of the biggest contributors to C2M having their largest month ever in January so it aint all bad.

Was supposed to have a call with their CEO Geoffrey Rothstein today but our AM their came back and said he was in meetings all day so it will have to wait till tomorrow. I'm looking forward to resolution tomorrow.
