WTF? Is this a proposed law, or is it already passed somehow?

Passing a law that sends ppl to prison for a dickroll sounds like our lawmakers have WAAAAAYYYYYY too much time on their hands. -And of course doesn't help the federal budget out very much by putting more taxpayer burden on us all to house more inmates.

And where exactly do they post these rules for 4channers and other non-law-school students to see???

Feeling a bit of rage about this one... Though it shouldn't surprise me since our government has been lobbied to death by the prison-running corporations to keep those profitable (for them) businesses full.

The dickroll could be viewed more as a music video than a pornographic site. I think it's safe to continue throwing newbs into that pool.

Wow 1st amendment rights straight down the toilet. Love to shake the hand of the congresswoman who came up with this one.

"(3) lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors."

because that's obviously priority #1 for the US govt. lol, who are they to judge? did they just include this in the law to make themselves feel like they're contributing to society? job well done brahs!
