Exercise and diet are the key to a healthy long life. As you get older you realize you're not invincible like you thought. I'm mid 30s and I've decided to semi-retire and get healthy and start enjoying life more. Life is too short and I've already spent enough time in front of these damn computers. I'm also setting up a kick ass turbostation where I'll try to spend at least half of my computer time. They say that sitting for extended periods in front of a computer (i.e. the sedentary lifestyle) is absolutely HORRIBLE for the body, and I believe it. Fortunately I play a lot of tennis and stay pretty active, but I'm going to kick it up a notch. My goals going forward are just to maintain my nice internet monies and focus on health, family, and experiencing more great shit that life has to offer before I get too much older. When I was younger it was all about hustling, working 60+ hours a week, making as much money as possible ... but now it's time to start a new phase of my life and I'm really looking forward to it.
