Ebooks Vs Accai (what's the difference?)

That's my point. All those items were "safe", and I'd guess "100% safe" by your standards, but now, the news is coming out. It's just a matter of time before Acai makes the list. You can kid yourself if you want.

No, an acai berry supplement will never make that list, because it's just a friggin supplement. The difference between an acai berry supplement and Hoodia, for example?

The only people who should avoid acai berry supplements (supplements and not products which contain acai berry extracts among "a few other" ingredients) are the ones who are allergic to the fruit (the same can be said about any other fruit or supplement out there).

On the other hand, here's what Drugs.com has to say about Hoodia:

Do not take Hoodia without first talking to your doctor if you
  • have diabetes or if you are taking a medicine to control your blood sugar levels,
  • have any heart problems or take any heart medicines,
  • have a bleeding or blood clotting disorder or are taking a medicine to increase or decrease the clotting of your blood such as aspirin, warfarin (Coumadin), or heparin,
  • have anorexia, bulimia or any other eating disorder.

A natural supplement is not dangerous, shitty weight loss products such as the ones on that list of yours CLEARLY are (you don't need the FDA to tell you that, wtf, it's more than obvious) kthxbyervwcpypls

It's a very complex issue.

People talk about promoting Acai, good for them as long as they don't try to push it here.

But even if a noob just asks a question about pushing an eBook they get flamed.

Here is what the FDA has said after reviewing one site promoting Acai.
This is to advise you that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reviewed your web
site at the Internet address Life Dynamics Tech | Ac*****life.com and has determined that the products
“Camu-Camu” and “Acai Lite” are promoted for conditions that cause the products to be
drugs under section 201(g)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) [21
U.S.C. § 321(g)(1)]. The therapeutic claims on your web site establish that the products are
drugs because they are intended for use in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of
disease. The marketing of these products with these claims violates the Act.

Examples of some of the claims observed on your web site include:

Camu-Camu
“Research has shown that Camu-camu is used … to ward off viral infections ….”
“Research has indicated that Camu-Camu:

• Provides natural protection from Colds and Flu”

Acai Lite
“Acai (pronounced Ah-Sa-E) is an Amazon Super Berry that is known for:

• Helps with the shortening the duration of a cold.

• Assisting the white blood cells that attack and destroy viruses, bacteria, parasites, and
cancer cells.

• Vitamin-C provides natural anti-inflammatory benefits”

Furthermore, your products are not generally recognized as safe and effective for the above
referenced conditions and therefore, the products are also “new drugs” under section 201(p)
of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(p)]. New drugs may not be legally marketed in the U.S. without
prior approval from FDA as described in section 505(a) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 355(a)].
The point I was making. Everything that goes up must come down. There is more the just the berries in those packages. While Acai, might possilbly be 100% safe. Things mixed in with it might prove other wise. This of course will vary from company to company. Things we used to deem as medicine, is no unsafe. The idea that you can have your method, and think you are going to be right all the time is funny. The original post of yours that I called out, was pompous. Blowing your own horn, and I thought it was funny. You basically called me a douche without mentioning my name. I was deeply hurt ... lol

I would market a car. cars kill people, does that make me bad. I'd sell guns. BFD. I don't sell crack or coke. But, for the most part, if it's currently legal, I'm currently seeking money. If that makes me a douche in your eyes, I can live with that.

Ok... so some idiot forgot to put the fine line at the bottom of the site that says "These claims have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA". ...

I tried to take your posts seriously, but I think it's better if I explain it this way one more time because you don't seem to get it (your previous post just confirms what I was saying all along):

Hello friend,

Acai berry supplement safe, shitty products which contain acai berries and many other shits not safe.

Good luck bro

I don't want to get in the middle of your guys debate or anything. But just something to notice.

What the FDA is saying there is all the "positive" things that the product on that site claims it can do in preventing illness (which may not be true because they haven't tested it as a drug more or less) -- they weren't saying that the products are "negatively" harmful or causing illness for things that they actually do.

I think that's what Charlie was getting at in one of his earlier posts. On it's own the berry's are harmless (unless allergic to them) and that's why it wouldn't end up on the FDA list (on it's own).

anyhoo...

/2 cents

Exactly, it's really not complicated at all:

Acai berry supplements = harmless unless you're allergic to the fruit (they're actually good for ya, and the allergic part applies to any other fruit)

Acai berries + other "innovative" ingredients = shitty

And products that claim to cure illnesses which have chemicals in them, are considered to be a drug and could be added to the FDA warning list (if they test it and find the claims not to be true or actually harmful in other ways)

Fruits alone are not considered to be drugs and will not end up on the FDA warning list - unless they are mixed with other chemicals and sold as preventatives to illnesses.

On this forum, it's not about ethics, it's about respect.

Furthermore, I'm tired of people saying they're tired of hearing about ethics when it comes to what to promote and what not to. Obviously you have some sort of deep seeded guilt that you don't want to acknowledge, otherwise it wouldn't bother you. I don't get defensive when someone is talking about the promotion of a particular product being unethical, even if it is one that I'm promoting.

As far as acai berries are concerned, so what if they don't do what they claim? The vast majority of the market for them is comprised of women who will find some stupid shit to spend their money on one way or another. Might as well be your berries.

Same can be said for eBooks, or any other over-hyped product. But when you come to sell anything like that here, it's a blatant sign of disrespect and disregard for the community. That's why people end up with 3rd degree burns when they come here peddling their bullshit.

Simple difference - "You don't shit where you eat" - Cakes doesn't try to sell berries on his AM blog or here. eBook authors don't promote berries or credit reports on their MMO blogs. Just know a bit about your audience and don't insult them.

Hello friend,

I no mean offensive. Maybe it because I no understand since where I come there no much fat people who buy scam diet product.

I pray to Vishnu that you pray to Vishnu for me to bro.

Good luck bro.

2 cents:

I think it has been stated enough but the answer to the OP is that anyone pitching the berries in this forum would get raped as hard as someone posting the next ebook on WF.

If someone came in here banking hard on ebooks and didn't push their shit on anyone and added to the forum then they prob wouldn't get cooked (unless they crossed BB).

3rd penny:

what's ethical to you may not be ethical to me. To me the most UN-ethical thing to do is to leave money on the table. just sayin'.

4th cent:

If I am Turbo I would be pissed at sumitdhawan09 at this point. She has shown him nothing but love and he continues to leave her out of his prayers to vijuju and even his "good luck bros". Can Turbo get a GOOD LUCK SISTA?

5th and last cent:

quote: promote accai (knowing the shit doesn't work) . Just more snake oil.

you say the berries don't work? come on man. I use to weigh 152 pounds and got on the berries and now I am a slim 104. My secret tip is that I don't take them orally. I smoke the berries.

Enough affiliates here are promoting "Get Google Cash" that it's obvious that the products aren't the issue, but the method of promoting them (e.g. posting those here) is.

They're both gay as fuck. Therefore you promote either one and you're gay.

And not in the cool way.
