'Epic' Traffic system

Seen a lot of posts here and on ppc.bz about don't hate these guys are going to make 10 million.

There's a few things to point out about the "guru game".

This launch, if it sells out which it probably won't, will sell 500 copies of a $2,000 product.

Profit margins for the three clowns is around 45% after paying there 50-60% commission to affiliates (depending on who promotes usually gets a bigger cut of monies).

Prizes for top affiliates usually eat up 5-10% of rev. I think they skipped out on big prizes and the top is just a vacation or something. I'm too lazy to ask and find out. For example the top prize for Frank Kern's list control was a brand new Ferrari F430.

Then you have refunds which eat up a solid 10-20%, assuming they have/honor their refund policy.

Then of course your general costs if it's a physical product, etc. But we won't even both counting that.

Being conservative on all front we'll say around 40% is profit. So 4 million dollars assuming they sold out.

Divide by three (three people selling it)...

$1,333,333.33

Being more realistic with the numbers they'd all get around $1,000,000 for their efforts.

Not a bad pay day at all.

But not as much as everyone tries to make it out to be.

I think you found yourself with an extra zero at some point man. 500 * $2000 = $1,000,000

So at an estimated 40% profit they're whackin up $400,000 three ways, like you said being realistic they should be looking at $100,000 each not $1,000,000 each. ($100K is still better than a kick in the nuts)

It's worth noting that this stupid domain they're on has a 1200 7-day alexa rank and a PR6.

...I'm gonna tell myself that they are using an Alexa booster + the demographic which is causing them to have an Alexa that high because otherwise I will cry myself to sleep.

EDIT: Never mind, the PR6 went away...must have been a toolbar glitch.

Their shirts make me want to gouge my eyeballs out with a rusty aids covered nail.

I watched 1 minute and maybe i'm being too judgemental, but nothing about them makes me think they know anything worth knowing.

they know about eating.

And face-stuffing.

And porking out.

And where you can get an 'eat all you like chinese buffet' for only $7.99

And who to pitch their crap to in order to make a few soiled bucks. No morals, no honor, no fucking humanity. Newbie rapists, all 3 or the fat fuckers.

and btw, 'epictrafficsystems' is an anagram of

sticcey pie farts, mf's

Damn, it was 6a.m when I made that post. :-)

I thought it seemed like a lot for a pretty small launch (compared to Kern's and stuff).

EDIT: Maybe there are more than 500 spots "open" to take - I just had that number in my head for some reason.

I'll take the six figures. Granted, I wouldn't want to put myself in a video like this, but I'll still take the six figures.

I love fat dorks that buy Affliction shirt knock-offs at TJMaxx. Man those guys look fucking HIP!

on the realz though - they are gonna make bread and all I will have is this smart-assed comment. I don't care though - they still look like DWEEBS

Homeboy on the left looks like a pedo - jus sayin.

for a product launch I thought these guys did a pretty shitty job -- their video is lame as hell. however i don't doubt they will each bank a good six figures each from this launch.

product launches generally work pretty well if you know what you're doing. a 6 figure payout for not that much work (and not having to pay for that $$) sounds good to me.

as an example -- main street marketing machines did about 9 million with their launch. even if that translates to "only" 1 million for the guy running it...not bad.

I am so fucking tired of trying to convince newbies that thousand dollar systems are retarded. Just go buy it and hang out at warrior forum with the other retards leave us alone.

It is so much easier for noobs to pay $2000 to these gurus and soothe their conscience for a while that they are doing something to get out of the rat race that they will continue doing it, no matter what.

You can try to explain to them that taking that $2,000 and putting into designing a site and sending traffic to it they would actually be successful, but they will never listen. They want someone to do it for them. They are willing to spend the $2000 just on the chance that it will work with no effort on their part.

Stupid? Yes. But then again they don't have the desire and determination that it takes to be successful as an affiliate anyways, so who can blame the gurus for taking advantage of that? They have figured out a very profitable niche and they are banking off it.

At the end of the day, you can't sell a newbie what it takes to succeed. You can sell them everything else, and they will continue to buy it. Trying to convince them otherwise is a waste of time. Let them spend the money, still not succeed, then come crawling back to you with questions and if you are their friend or care about them, you can help them out at that point.

If they sold an epic eating system, i would buy it.

Also, note to self. Make a MMO product and have the words "system" or "method" in them, then bank millions.

^^ This

They are addressing real demand and absolutely deserve to bank off it. Stop hating guys, you are not the target market!
