EWA is decent when it comes to payouts and advice, affiliate managers are hard to get in contact with at times although i see there's now 8 manager so im sure things are different now.
 
one of my fav networks although they seem to hit cap quicker than other networks on some of the more high volume offers. jared is a solid AM
 
The support is really good and the managers are tight. i agree the caps seem to get filled quicker but other than that i'd say it's worth trying to join. ive never had a problem getting in contact with managers either.
