How can you tell who is doing the scrub..network or advertiser? I had a email sub campaign that was 100% roi for 4 solid months, then , wham, overnite went to shit.
Tried it a few other networks but it never did the same again. Down to around 15-20% ROI...
You are not going to be able to tell if it is the network or the advertiser. There are going to be scrubs in place on both most likely. Some advertisers use a 24 hour unique and some use a 72 hour unique. Some scrub across an entire network based on what they are making on their backend to keep a certain margin in house (atleast from what I have learned and heard).
It comes down to there ar only a few legit email/zip submit companies out there. But it all starts with your traffic. You send shit traffic and it will get scrubbed. If you are working with the advertiser direct you are more likely not going to be pulled down by other's shit traffic.
