The mutha fucker charged me $75 for a "Computer charge" and $20 for a
"Preparer electronic filer fee" in addition to the tax return preparation fee.

Wut? Whatever...

I happily wrote that check for the magic that dude can do.

Go find yourself a good libertarian accountant who personally believes you're not paying him him to file your taxes but instead paying him to ensure that you don't send the feds one dime more than you're supposed to.

Fooking night and day difference...I still paid out the ass this year but it would have been much worse if I was still with my accountant from 10 years ago, worthless piles of ineptitude.

Only on your salary, not on the rest of your profit. For instance, if your company had $100k in profits and you pay yourself $40k you would have payroll tax on that, but not on the $60k that passes through as disbursements.

Or some shit like that.
