Getting rid of a gut

I wasn't seeing results on my stomach fat from just working out either, but I started intermittent fasting and the fat finally started dropping off.

I only eat in a 4 hour window on most days, right after my workout on workout days, then just consume zero calorie drinks the rest of the time. This has helped me cut a lot of calories from my weekly diet.

I first learned about it in another thread here on wickedfire linked below, then did a little more research on intermittent fasting elsewhere after that.

If you aren't already, I would start tracking everything you do in the gym and how long/how far you are running. Additionally, take pictures of EVERYTHING you eat or drink for a week or two. You're probably bullshitting yourself somewhere and by simply tracking what you do it's harder to bullshit yourself and say you didn't eat or drink something when you just took a picture of it before you consumed it.

It takes like 5-10 seconds to take out your phone, and that's all you need to be like "well, maybe it's not worth taking out my phone to eat this" or "you know what, I really don't need this right now". And as a bonus if you're still fat, all you have to do is upload the pictures to nearly any forum and people will just be like you need to stop eating the x and replace it with y.
 
Your #1 best bet is to come to a webmaster forum and ask how to lose weight. Results guaranteed.

Outdated and was never good to begin with. All those "good" books are still broscience. If people would quit doing all that shit and just read a fuckin science article for once, theyd be able to solve all their problems.
