Getting ripped and Paleo eating

primal blueprint in a nutshell: train less, about once or twice a week, eat virtually no carbs, intermittent fasting, eat less frequently (1-2 meals a day).

let's see, isn't that the complete opposite of every professional athelte's diet?

ufc fighters eat 6 meals a day, eat shitloads of carbs, train 5-6 hours a day, and they're ripped and strong like no tomorrow.

It's the fucking bible filled with science on how to shred yourself. I read it back in 1998 shred from a beer gut to a 6-pack in a few cycles.

It's hardcore and is similar to PB/Paleo but it makes those two look like kiddie shit. It's not for pussys. Lots of people whine about not having energy & headaches on PB/Paleo because they only get 50-100 carbs a day... well on BO you get 0... ZERO fucking carbs for 5 days straight. I'm not gonna explain the whole diet. Get the book and pick up some ketone strips while your at it and get ripped.

Trust me. I've tried all the low carb, caveman, Primal, paleo, fattyass diets... This thing rips them and your "fat fuck sit behind a pc refreshing your stats for 16 hr day" ass a new asshole. Lots of info in Google about it too.

If you want a challenge where you'll see results then have at it.

PS - This fucker did a 20+ week stint on BO. I followed his journal back in 98' when I did it. BodyOpus Week Index. Here is the PDF version.
Fuck am I getting old.

Not sure about ripped, but I went on something similar where I allowed myself no more then 10 carbs a day, with most days only being 3-5 max.

I went 4 weeks nonstop, was pretty eye opening.

have you seen the title of the thread?

have you seen the videos?

Mark says that his diet and lifestyle makes you ripped. The reason he is ripped himself is because he was a pro athlete during his youth. Muscle memory anyone? A regular average joe that goes on his program will struggle to see similar results. The average joe would see much better results on conventional athlete's diet (eat 5-6 times a day both carbs + protein, and train every day or every other day) than following this bs primal blueprint

Well looks like my gym garage build got put on hold for a few months. Just got my fucking tax bill from my CPA and it is going to pretty much wipe my peasant ass out!

Some of you guys should read the China Study China Study.

What's the point of getting ripped if you're gonna die of cancer at 40?

Casein (dairy protein) has been linked to all the worst possible diseases. (Results from a well funded 40 year study)

Paleo does not allow for Dairy
