It's not selling out, it's vouching for my members. If they're a complete dumbass they won't get accepted into the forum in the first place, I don't care about this place having 1,000 members.

If the person is a member of my forum who has been posting and can prove that they know what they're doing, but is having trouble getting accepted into a certain network (usually because of where they live), I'll talk to the network and say "Hey, this guy is a legit affiliate and you're not accepting him because he lives in Germany."

Vouching for someone because they gave you a few dollars is basically prostituting your reputation. Start a forum... thats fine... but you're wobbling on the thin line of affiliate whoredom.

I can see using your over-promising, ridiculous claim, make you feel loved marketing strategy on another website... but doing it with a product directly tied to you and who you are?

Not like I really care. But "vouching" is a pretty strong word there, bub. If you're okay with selling out... keep that line in there.

Well, I think it was only $200k.

I was 23 when I bought my home. I know Uber is from NY but I'm not sure from where. $200K doesnt get you shit in NY. I have a 3,000 square foot house and taxes are over 10 grand a year (i'm near NYC). A million dollar house in NY is not the same as a Million dollar house elsewhere.

Point of this story is have some respect and you don't have to knock uber for everything he does.

BTW - not bashing you pocketrockets, 200k just doesnt sound believable.

No it was $200k. Brand new model home 1,800 sq. feet, housing is cheap where I live. I'm not near NYC.

As I commented earlier, just be careful, Paul, we know happened last time.

Can't say I didn't warn you guys. Not all "super affiliates" are what they seem.

+1 engaged for calling him out MONTHS ago.

$5k per month for teaching? Damn... I need to start a camp.

Raise your hand if you would join my camp.

I have to say $5k a month is rather excessive. Anyway, its probably a opportunity for:

Worth $5k
Ok Ok...I love ya...so $3K...
WAIT! $0.5k but only if you subscribe NOW....don't listen to others when they say this is scam...you're different...your gonna get rich...blah blah

Don't know why you guys are being harsh, he's doing really well. Why your making fun of him, or bashing him for trying to help is beyond me. He's offering a service, if he wants to charge for a service so be it. If you don't like the site, don't view it. If you don't want to pay for it, then doubt. However, why even waste the time bashing it? Sounds like quite a few of you guys are jealous that he can actually charge that much and people are still going to sign up. Just sad that you guys aren't going to support a fellow affiliate.

I just pitched a tent... IN MY PANTS!

and it is true... engaged called this months ago. Another day, another guru.

back to work

Jon, the owner of this very forum, faced very strong criticism when he considered making WickedFire a paid membership only forum many, many months ago. Remember that Rancor? Or were you not here yet?

The criticism is fair. There is plenty of FREE information floating around. You are right, he is entitled to make a forum and sell memberships. And we are entitled to the opinion that there will STILL be a greater wealth of knowledge on WF... for free.

That doesn't mean everyone who sells knowledge gets bashed. Take a look at Eli and what he did with Squirt. It was highly anticipated and praised and for good reason. He deserved every penny he got and is still getting.

If you can't see the difference between the two...
