The Girl was right... Why the hell do you guys glorify soldiers so much ? Yeah they are doing a good job blabla, but what about surgeons and scientists? You know people that actually SAVE lives instead of take them(oh yea I Know they fight terorism blablabla)
I do believe social media is considered protected speech and that it's a no no for companies to go after employees when talking about work, it seems to me that firing someone over their personal beliefs about something completely unrelated to their job is even worse. I absolutely hate it when they do it to celebrities even though an argument can be made for them especially if there are seen as the face of some entity. But this is a grunt, it's like firing a cashier at the grocery store because she likes pokemon and the GM thinks that japanimation is the devils tool. But anyway you can be fired for any reason unless there is some sort of contract. Carmike is gonna be paying this ladies unemployment.

The first amendment to the constitution deals with government actions towards individuals for speech, assembly, religion, etc.
It has nothing to do with a private company firing people for speech that company doesn't like. As a private person (which includes corporations), you can be intolerant of anything you want*.
*Special exceptions are enforced when you are selling houses and similar.

I'm not certain that people who have joined the military in the past 10 years necessarily deserve the title of "defenders of America." It's more like "attackers of arbitrary brown people." It's not like they didn't know what they were getting into at this point with the clusterfuck being the way it is.
