This thread makes me think that WF could use a work wanted section where people with a skill set above I MAKE YOU TOP GOOGLE 5 DAYS WITH SEOTHUNDERCOCKFUCKGOOGLESASSPOUNDTOWNEDWARDALLENPOE2.0 could post a resume style post (similar to OP's) and the hiring party could pay the listing fee upon hiring.
I know 99% of hirings would go unreported and Jon would get stiffed out of his BST $77 but the marriage of (semi) skilled people who need money/are motivated to work hard/learn and most of our business models is a total win.

Jon is a Jew, $77 fees would be applicable for posting work-wanted threads as well.
That's the way it is now and hardly anybody posts work wanted threads. Maybe another option would be a private paid (for potential employers) subforum to view work wanted opportunities where it's free for the potential hirees to post their resumes, then if say 5 people flag them, their shit is removed and they're banned from posting it again.

This is weirdly the one thing I've gotten very skilled at, hiring people. If you asked me to sum up what I've learned in the past ~5ish+ years of doing this stupid internet monies shit it's probably finding people who can work well and do it for cheap, took years to do though. Protip: I don't find people on Wickedfire.
