I ordered a small link-building job.
Normally, I don't care much about how many links actually stick as long as it looks like a valid attempt was made.
But in this case, the guy guaranteed that 90% of links would remain or he would continue adding new links to compensate.
It's been 5 days since the job was completed and about 36% of links are missing/deleted/moderated, etc.
Should I start bugging him about it and insist he fulfills his guarantee?
As I said, normally I wouldn't give a crap. Besides, it really is a small job.
But he was so vocal about his 90% guarantee, that I just want to make it a point to get at least 90% of the links to stick and not get deleted.
What do you all think? Should I demand customer satisfaction?
