Write down every single reason why you're anxious.
Write down the worst possible outcomes pertaining to your anxiousness.
Accept every one of them as if it really happened, voice it, sing it, cry it... once you accept the worst, things can only get better. Your burden will be relieved, and each time it comes up it will be a passing thought countered by a "oh, I already accepted ...".

Unfortunately that was partly the reason I got anxiety problems, although they only lasted a month or two and I'm completely fine now.
Mindfulness meditation.
When you dwell on your anxiety, usually you get anxious about being anxious, worry about worrying, and then you get more anxious and so on. That shit turns into an endless cycle that becomes hard to break when you get lost in it.
By meditating regularly, (among other things) you become more aware of your thoughts/feelings as they happen. So when you start getting anxious, you simply notice it, nonjudgmentally, without getting caught up in it (not the same as ignoring it either). You'll still probably have the anxious feelings, but it becomes easier for you to do whatever the fuck you're supposed to be doing.
Here is my answer and I'm being totally serious. I run 3 - 5 miles every day, that helps a lot. I have a lot of sex, that helps a lot. I smoke copious amounts of good pot, that helps a lot. I drink scotch when it gets real bad. I don't know if that helps but it changes my frame of mind for a while and if it gets REALLY BAD I'll hit the Valium stash in my medicine cabinet.
