Tell me where in cali you live, how much you pay for rent, what you get, maybe a pic?

just doing some research :P
 


I own a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with washer/dryer and 1 car garage in a good neighborhood in San Diego near UCSD that I rent out for $1600 a month. has a pool, private park.
 
I'm in north San Diego County. You can rent a 2-3 bedroom house in this area for around $1800 a month. If you want to be closer to the beach, it goes up from there.

don't mean to jack this thread .. but u said u own a place that u rent out ... if you don't mind me askin, what do you end up paying for a mortgage?

Mortgage was originally just $450/month - bought it in 1995 and only owed around $42k but we recently refinanced it to pull cash out to put down on another larger house, so mortgage is around $1100/month now
 
South Bay of LA. Live in a small 1 bedroom cottage with a garage attached, less than 100 paces from the sand. $1700. No washer/dryer or dishwasher... which sucks but it's fun.

Definitely don't need to be spending this much, but I like living alone, am in a cool area, and you don't get much closer to the beach...
 
I live in a one bedroom apartment about two and half miles from the beach in Los Angeles. The rent is $1300 a month. Two bedrooms are $1600/month.

Just a half mile down the road closer to the beach, the rent for one bedroom apts start at $2100/month.

Live in Irvine, OC two bedroom, 2 bath apartment $1700 month has pools, tennis courts, just remodeled , fridge was there and microwave and dishwasher.. its quiet like on cementery
 
Live in Irvine as well. $851 / month, share the apartment with 3 other people. The complex is brand new with pool, jacuzzi, state of the art gym, beach is 15 minutes away. Doesn't get much better than that.
 
$1350 2 bedroom apartment in Bay Park overlooking Mission Bay and Pacific Beach in San Diego. All the fun of PB without the douchey frat boys walking on your lawn every day

I live in Pacific Beach (San Diego) as well. $925 is my half of the rent on a 2 bedroom/3 bath condo about a mile from the beach.
 
Man you guys got it good. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Hawaii for $2,450. 5 minute walk to the beach and Waikiki however.
