I don't tend to have any animosity towards people born rich, as any kid with a spoiled upbringing is of course going to take everything that is given to them. In cases where the kid turns out fucked up, immature, lazy, obnoxious etc. it's usually just a result of bad parenting.
i'm hoping to at least do the peasant walk everyday in the next 6 months or so haha
if i accomplish that, it's only a matter of time before i'm beachfront

I know the feeling but seriously if you where in their shoes from birth would you not take the easy route if it was handed to you? Why not right? At the end of the day life is not fair and some are born into rich families and will never have to work for anything while the rest of us will have to grind hard to get the nice things. Stay focused and stop browsing rich kid facebook pages.

Where I am is mostly old money, 2nd & 3rd generation centimillionaires and billionaires. VERY STUFFY and the kids look like they've never worked a day in their lives so I understand where you're coming from.
P.S. A house along the water out here will set up back about 10-30mil.

I also have a friend that gets spoiled to shit. When we were growing up I'd fantasize about getting something (e.g a PC/phone), save up money for absolutely ages and finally get it. I'd know everything about it, all the ins and outs and then he would just get something twice as good bought for him just because I had it.
Now his mum has moved country with his step dad, he's here, living for free in a 3 bedroom house and is now on his fifth car.
It could be worse though, I could be an African child soldier or something..

Personally, I like working hard and making money based on my own ideas or the at least the ideas that I was smart enough to steal.
Entitlement complexes suck. If people like them were poor, they would be on welfare. Society has leeches at all wealth levels.
It also amuses me that so many people bitching about privileged rich kids, are still far luckier than most others in the world when it comes to the quality of their upbringing. Perhaps you should get a broader perspective. Merely being born in the USA (of which there is only a ~5% chance) and living with running water and electricity makes you relatively fortunate. Ask yourself if you would be willing to give up your current life for one of a completely random person in a random country.
