Kids don't have credit cards. The best you can hope for is a Visa Gift Card in that situation. You're not targeting the lone kid. You're targeting the parent or kid who has already shown the site to their parents.
Even then, you're drastically underestimating a child's reasoning capabilities. The average "bullied" kid is generally an introvert. By nature, introverts have higher developed associative and reasoning skills in estimating risk and gain. They'd have to in order to adapt to said bullying. It's also why a lot of them turn to the online world of forums and games to carve out their own little reality escape.
You're taking this out of context, really, in terms of pushing products and services online and assuming that the visitor won't be able to determine for themselves if they wish to buy based on the provided information. A person isn't as stupid as you think, even if they waste money on stupid things.
