I know exactly where he lives.....in the projects on Jewel Avenue. He's right down the block from the local Police Prescient. It's the 107th Prescient. Maybe tell your local cops to give them a call and give them the heads up.

No definitely not risking anything for someone like this. These people burn up and go away. Let the cops deal with him.

He said his name is not Chris. From the english on that site and in his emails he sounds like an Eastern European to me. Maybe on his site he carefully checks the english or someone else writes it. I bet the cops discover he is not a native speaker and maybe this is an alias.
File a restraining order. That way if he were to show up you could use lethal force and you would be immediately justified for your actions (just a way to protect you in case of.......
Track his IP and address. Have your attorney send a letter to him stating that you are taking legal action if another threat is made. Also inform him that the local authorities have been contacted.
Most likely, nothing is going to come out of this. You obviously know a lot of people talk shit on the Internet and have no intentions. If you really want to be precocious do as stated above.

Yeah just don't make any threats towards him and don't even talk to him just let him keep making threats and burn himself out. I run a few companies and we get these type of people from time to time for no reason getting all pissed and threatening. All you do is report them and try to get them fucked legally by the police. In the US though you can't rely on the police so I would say purchase one of the below just in case he would show up at your home.
