...17 people fired at one shot, in the same room earlier today. From all departments (AM's, AE's, Billing dept, Production, etc).

Reason: Underperformance. (srsly?)

They broke Azoogle's old record of most people fired in one day, by 4 I believe..

That's at least 27 total now in the last 3 months, new world record again!

High five to Hydra, setting records left and right lately!

And this is after like half the staff quit on their own.

Just how many fucking people do they have there? Jesus.

Fuck, that sucks for them. Not even the "it's the economy" excuse? I guess then they'd have to pay severance (don't know how it works in the USA)?

Nothing says good HR like sticking all the people in a room and going "you're fired".

Not if they were working on an independant contract basis. Still, sucks to be out of a job tho. Maybe they'll become affiliates.

They did bring Donald Trump in to do the mass firing though. Class move if you ask me.

Also depends on what state they are in (don't care enough to check). Different states have different laws for if/when/how much severance is required.

Damn.. I just talked to my new AM there a couple days ago. She was really hot and from my area. Hope she didn't get laid off. LOL at the owl pic.
