I feel so left over at NB

You need to take care of your pubs first and foremost. Some pubs that aren't even producing big rev for us i still rap out with on Im/phone because i like them as a person. This industry is about relationships and far too often Networks lose sight of that. All publisher's are different, some need more attention than others and i don't make that decision based on revenue. I manage 300 accounts and i try to attend to all of their needs as much as humanly possible. If you do that, they will come! :)

they have weird tracking issue at least to me. for example, zipcode testing, first day 17% conversion rate, second day no conversion, same traffic from YMS.

Chances are the zip submit advertiser scrubbed your traffic because it didn't convert on their end immediately. It usually happens after you make about $600 or so bucks, at least from what I've seen. It's really kind of messed up, they'll start scrubbing your traffic without even telling the affiliate network that they are doing it (they just stop firing the affiliate networks pixel when you get a lead) so you can't really blame the affiliate network except for the fact that they allow the advertisers to continue to do it and advertise on their network. However, this is a pretty common occurrence across all networks and zip/email submits not just Neverblue. I've only had 1 network ever catch it immediately and notify me and that was XY7 so kudos to them.
