*From one designer to another - do you really have all your clients in your portfolio?
A good 75% of my clients would abso fucking lutely kill me if I put their stuff in my port. Guess it comes with the more sensitive clients but yeah when I get stuff outsourced, especially complex stuff or high-end design, I also never let people put my project in their portfolio, and have paid in the past to be discluded (not talking about some online service with a $xx logo removal/port removal script). **Imagine if this guys stuff takes off and someday people find this thread, if I was the client i'd be quite pissed at the agency/designer, should probably remove your mockup.
Kinda sucks 'cause obviously you want to show your best work, but if/when you get into the heavy hitter client base with bigger budgets and campaign needs, you'll have a hard time a) doing stuff like this b) touching your portfolio with their work.
Just a heads up for ya, and yeah we all fuck up once in a while, your designs are still good imo, lesson learned about good/bad PR.
