And still it's not about intelligence. The main reason for this is that most of "stupid" people can't afford (or think they don't need) a PC. That's why there're less totally lame users, etc.

To thread started, you won't market anything to russians. It will be much more difficult, than it could be if you market anything to USA. Margins might be higher, but you will be disappointed with the volumes as well.
