You sound like a disgusting little dhimmi apologist.
Here's some
real numbers as opposed to the Wikipedia propaganda you so eagerly copied and pasted.
Muslim Population In Sweden (Total Population: 9.4 million)
1998: 284,000
2011: 574,000
1998: 3.21%
2011: 6.05%
It's pretty easy to extrapolate those out. They're doubling roughly every 10 years. It's an exponential curve.
Projected Muslim Population In Sweden
2020: 12%
2030: 24%
2040: 48%
2050: 96%
"We must be open and tolerant towards Islam and Muslims because when we become a minority, they will be so towards us.” -
Swedish Democracy Minister Jens Orback.
I'm pretty sure you're trolling right now, but knowing your history I can't be certain, so I'm just going to respond like you're actually being serious.
Your post is all around a terribly flawed argument, the fact that you think this is intellectually sound is kind of pathetic. Allow me to offer the "counterpoint" that Moxie hinted at which you so blatantly ignored.
Breakdown of your argument: The two data points you provided show an increase in muslim population from around 3% to 6% over roughly a ten year period. So because Muslim population doubled over this isolated ten year period, we can assume that the Muslim population will continue to double for every decade to come.
Obvious flaw: You created your "exponential trend" from two data points. This is hardly enough information to create a trend of any kind, especially with the assumptions that you make for your projected population increase. Want proof? Here's some of my own data analysis using your similar reasoning.
Linear trend:
2000: 3%
2010: 6%
2020: 9%
2030: 12%
2040: 15%
2050: 18%
Logarithmic trend:
2000: 3%
2010: 6%
2020: 7.75%
2030: 9%
2040: 10%
2050: 10.75%
Bell curve:
2000: 3%
2010: 6%
2020: 12%
2025: 15%
2030: 12%
2040: 6%
2050: 3%
Do I need to spell it out? The population trends change based on the assumptions you make for human behavior.
Historically speaking, population statistics don't change at the dramatic exponential rate that you project. I really can't think of any past scenario that relate to your expectations, but the closest real life example would probably be from a period of prolonged genocide, which means that you would have to be making some serious assumptions about the future development of history for your projections to be even remotely close to true.
In reality, the muslim population is a hell of a lot more likely to follow one of the above three scenarios. Just look at how populations change around the world and you'll see that this current "trend" is actually rather natural. Need an example? Go find the U.S. immigration census statistics for the past century and you'll see the above scenarios represented in some way or another. In early 1900's there was a huge wave of European immigration that then decreased significantly a few decades later (bell curve). For the past 30 years, there's been a steady increase in immigrants from Latin America (linear).
As for why the muslim population is increasing in Europe: I think the most reasonable explanation is that basically every country the middle east are now war zones with bombs getting dropped on them weekly and people fighting in the streets. Obviously there will be people that are gonna say "fuck that" and leave, and where do you think they would go? Hmmm... Maybe countries close by that tolerate them i.e. western Europe.
If you want to get nit-picky, there's also the fact that over the past decade Islam has become the most practiced religion around the world. This suggests that you would likely see an increase in muslims everywhere, as some people are converting from other religions. This would could inflate the "muslim population" numbers, and I think your personal issues with countries like England and Sweden are really from the
muslim immigration numbers (the brown extremists from Iran, not the Swede who decided he didn't want to be Christian anymore). Even so, the discrepancy probably isn't that significant, but it is still a flaw in the argument you presented.
With all that said, it doesn't mean that muslim extremists aren't a problem. Their religion is violent and a lot of rhetoric coming from that camp is worrying at times. But to expect a muslim takeover of Europe... relax bro.
