So report back: Today, after yesterday's squats, my quads are sore as hell which i guess is kinda good, except my gluts are fine. :(

Try either widening your stance further out or do deeper squats and hold it for 2 or 3 seconds then come back up. Lunges always help too.

I will. I'm going to also make sure my toes are pointed outward at about a 30 degree angle. I'm also considering deadlifts I think that might target the gluts even more. But a) I don't have weights and b) hesitant to do something like that with my back. I wonder if i would get benefits with just dead lifting my body weight and using a broomstick?

(and sorry to hijack the booty thread guys, but really, it's for a good cause)
