This one was good too. I was feeling earlier today like i was doing it wrong because my butt kept rolling up and out on the way up but apparently (according to this guy) that's correct.
What happens when you go all the way down with a squat? (I call them asian squats, not sure if that's the PC term or not

) It's a normal position for me anyways (standing still hurts me so typically you'll find me in this position like in a supermarket pretending to hunt for something on the bottom shelf) So am I getting less benefit with my squats if I squat all the way down like that? or, worse, more risk of injury?
