Jets Reporter Has The Nicest Ass!

Sumo Squats? I like it. But aren't squats hard on the knees?
Yes and No. In general, squats do put some pressure on the knees but when done correctly it's bearable. It's the people who squat and push their knees forward which really brings pain and tension on the knees. The front of the weight should actually be on your ass not your knees. There are plenty of alternative exercises though.

I had bad knees but squats have helped a lot.

If you're knees are hurting then you are probably not doing them correctly. I hated squats until I got the form down. Now I love them more then any other exercise.

Yeah, I generally tell people regardless of strength to not worry "how much they can lift" and worry about just getting form down. I start them all off with just the bar because even though I can squat 315 I feel the burn with just the bar.

*sigh* every time there is mention of Ines Sainz in one of these threads I try to find her exercise routine and I can't. It's obvious she's a NFL reporter because if she were in any other aspect of the public eye, where women actually noticed her, there would be 500 blogs about how in the hell she got this body.

Ass implants

Nice ass if you like bubble butts with extra rolls. In some of the magazine shots she looks good but out in the wild she's just sort of "meh". Total butter face on top of it all. No lips.
I agree with the fact that she's a butter face (in some shots where she is heavily make-up'd she looks good though). But that body is INSANITY, are you crazy!?!?! Good googely moogely!!!!

This one was good too. I was feeling earlier today like i was doing it wrong because my butt kept rolling up and out on the way up but apparently (according to this guy) that's correct.

What happens when you go all the way down with a squat? (I call them asian squats, not sure if that's the PC term or not :D) It's a normal position for me anyways (standing still hurts me so typically you'll find me in this position like in a supermarket pretending to hunt for something on the bottom shelf) So am I getting less benefit with my squats if I squat all the way down like that? or, worse, more risk of injury?

Extra rolls? Dude, are we looking at the same woman, because that is the prototype for a perfect ass! Yes in some shots her face isn't the greatest, she is a pretty woman though...but extra rolls, I don't know what your seeing???

You should have your thighs parallel with the floor. Feet should be out at about 30 degrees.

If you were doing those in the supermarket I bet you would get a lot of phone numbers. :)

The wrong form won't work all the muscles that you normally would with proper form. That makes the squat such an important exercise. Improper form could also hurt your knees when you start adding a lot of weight. When my knee hurts I know my form is off. I never feel my knees when I got the form down.
