I'm sure it's nothing new to anyone here, but I'm surprised there's no thread on her yet. Shit is about as brutal as it could get with words alone.

Kids have zero respect these days; I wouldn't dream of doing such things. Watched 20 seconds and that's enough, parents have failed miserably here.
 
yeah saw it yesterday, ridiculous. I know kids will be kids, but I don't understand how people can be so mean. There could be more then one side of the story and she could have been the "mean old lady". But that was a little much and went too far.

On a side note, bunch of these donation sites have been making big news lately.
 
It's interesting that so many people will donate their money to an old grandma getting picked on while riding the bus, instead of donating their money somewhere it will actually make a difference.

Spend your cash how you like, but you're still an idiot if you give this woman your money.

As for the kids, I'm appalled at some of the language those kids are using.
 
Wow seems like just last decade, no wait, from the beginning of time until 2000, youths respected their elders and if anything talked shit quietly behind their backs.

Dont know what the fuck is wrong with these kids, Im sure myself and everyone I know and have ever met in my life, and 99% of this forum would never stoop this low.

This is why I love the internet and the way it allows society to hold people accountable.

40 Years ago, this poor woman would have dealt with this bullshit everyday.

Thanks to the internet, this woman knows that most of mankind doesn't endorse this kind of behavior.

She gets to retire.

These kids are going to have a fucking hard time getting a respectable job or going to a decent college because the internet will make sure this stays with them for the rest of their lives.

On a side note, these kids are going to need some serious reputation management :P.

Ironic thing is it was probably the internet that is responsible for creating these fucked up kids.

The internet will forget about these douchebags in about a week when something new goes viral. You honestly think this will affect their chances at getting into college 5 years from now or getting a respectable job 10 years from now? Do you live in lala land?

Yeah I guess the thing is some kids go through this every single day for their entire school life, the damage it does mentally FOR LIFE is incomprehensible.

I copped bullying on the school bus (and only the school bus) for years, when you're just a kid and the bus is full of much older & bigger kids there's nothing you can do. It practically destroyed my self esteem and confidence for years, which I recovered from on my own. It definitely shaped the person I am today, but who knows how I might have turned out had it no happened?

Let's put her on a permanent vacation.

You know I have to give major props to that lady, she said she would've easily slapped them but that it was against the rules and that she had to take it like a champ.

While the kids are fucked for life it's kinda pretty piss poor how our system handles it imo. We've just fucked up their lives and pretty much insured no future for them and they'll just technically be considered as trash in our society and will be of no value to it. I think there could be many practical ways of enforcing discipline into these kids while also giving them hope of actually being useful in society and not some assholes that enjoy filming themselves harassing people.

Also, I don't think a written apology was enough from these kids. Instead of having harassment on their records and insuring no chance of getting a job, they should each have to spend like 100 or so hours performing I guess you could say, a more personal community service. They would have to help her out and pretty much do all her shit that she would normally do.
