FYI - it's now been weeks since I paid $ 100.... And received absolutely no follow up from MD.

I hate posting this to this thread... But the bookmarks weren't added, I received no replies to my repeated PMs ... Amateurish business.

Apologies for the late response. I've responded to your PM now. I had limited (most of the times no net connectivity) for last 20 days due to my wedding. I was on a short vacation soon after.
