I never screwed anyone to make money. There is a difference between being an outright scammer and being a good & aggressive businessman.

The reason I said you will never be rich is because I can see you do not have the mindset. In the real world you have to take risks and be aggressive to get ahead. Everyone of those companies you listed are on top because of their aggressiveness. The owner of Facebook screwed his two friends in or to get to where he is.
How many small businesses do you think wal-mart put out of business? Do they give a shit about them? NO. I own a few gas stations and if Wal-Mart built a store around one of my stations I would be fucked. I doubt they would give me any compensation.

The chances of anyone on this forum ever creating the next Facebook or Google is slim to none. So why not make comparisons to real world examples? There is no room for emotions when it comes to making money. You can't feel bad if you make your competition go out of business. You can't feel bad if your tenant can't pay their rent.

Funny story, when I was negotiating with the FTC, and told them I could not come up with the requested amount at one shot guess what they told me. "That's not our problem. You will have to figure it out". Those where the exact words. Did they have any heart or sympathy when it came to collecting? Not a single shit was given.

First of all, the price includes the property, so of course it's valuded in the millions. What if you don't own the propery and only the business, which is the case with the majority of gas station operators. The numbers you posted are correct, but if you don't own the building outright and have to pay rent or a morgtage, how much are you left with? Like I said, if you are in South Florida you can stop by my gas station and I'll give you two hot dogs, one for you to eat and one to shove up your ass.
