I'll have to check this out. Thanks bro.
What's your girlfriend eat?
try and switch to wine, especially pinot noir. They do sweet, semi sweet and dry from it. It has the highest count of phytochemicals so it's considered the healthiest. Also, the taste is worth it (if wine is made by skilled winemaker). I like beer a lot as well but drink occasionally. Red wine I drink like 3-5 times a week at least two 0,4l a day (sometimes two bottles while partying etc.). One thing that you should watch out for is proper hydration. While drinking wine (especially in bottles) you need to drink some still water as well so you don't feel like a sundried tomato next morning. Also, wine have less calories and won't stretch out your belly like beer can do (if you have several pints). Thanks for sharing your experience man, I'm also trying to cut down on carbs. I just had an omelet and for the first time I didn't have any bread with it. My problem is alcohol though, I do enjoy beer and I hate light beer. Do you still drink or did you cut down on that too?
From the reading I'm doing, seoreborn is right about ketones.
I'm gonna get laughed out of this thread but if you can go raw, vegan, vegetarian, or pescetarian you will notice the difference. Combine that with exercise and you can turn yourself into a well oiled machine. Less sleep needed, extremely high energy levels, sharp focus, etc.
Out of all of those, raw is the pinnacle but its hard to maintain due to cost, time, etc.
You don't realize you're currently working at 50% because your brain has gotten so used to the permafog it's been in for your whole life. Cut out the breads and heavy meats and juice 3-6x day if you have the money. The results are scary.
It made me realize that I've been in a stupor for most of my life due to eating the shit that normal people eat every day. Stuff is not good for you.
Only downside is it can get boring, but I will cheat and enjoy beer and fish so I can still go out and have fun.
PS. My dick was solid before, but now its like its made out of asteroid material.
Good luck bros.
PPS. For those of you who look down on things like raw, you are no different than the people who said the internet was no big deal back in the 90's. I can guarantee that one day it will be the norm. Eventually, people will stop making fun of it and realize they'd rather live longer and feel better while they are alive and be able to still get boners past age 40 without some stupid pill. It just takes so long because everyone likes to make fun of shit they can't possibly understand.
I watched some videos on soy / tofu products, because she was keen on me trying them out, and I was shocked by what I saw - that shit is not good for you. I sent them to her and now she's reducing the amount of soy she eats, but she's backing herself into a corner unfortunately, because she's following me a bit and reducing carbs, and she is running-out of things to eat.
I could be wrong, but I always thought brushing too much kept the natural good stuff in saliva from doing whatever helpful stuff it's supposed to do.
BTW, I read your post about eating low-carb that mentioned you only eat meat once a day. What do you eat for other meals- lots of salad/vegetables?
I eat meat at dinner.
Just released... a movie about sugar.
eat only raw food like vegetables and fruits... it has all necessary components to stay healthy...
It doesnt have all the necessary components, your vegan and vegetarian books lied to you.
Yeah, like vitamin b12 for example, is missing from a diet that relies only on fruits and vegetables
"missing" - maybe, but it's very easy for a vegan / vegetarian to obtain, and
in older age (40+) many meat eaters have reduced ability to absorb b12 from meat and are the group highest at risk from b12 deficiency and related issues.
