Okay, there is a RIGHT WAY and a WRONG WAY to do a downsell.
This is the latter.
Pardon me while I put on the marketing hat and say something that doesn't have the word "fuck" in it so much.
When you downsell your customer, it can't be to the same shit. You don't say "OMG you want to cancel, here we'll lower the price and give you the same damn thing."
Because what your customer hears is "We were totally ripping you off anyway, our shit isn't worth that much and we know it."
ALWAYS break your high-ticket product or service into several "levels" of service.
When a customer starts to buy one, ask if he wants the next one up, where he will also get this other awesome shit.
When a customer tries to cancel, or walk away without buying, offer to sell him the next level DOWN - where he doesn't get THIS awesome shit, but he can still have the rest.
There's this phrase, "you get what you pay for" - it's backwards. You pay for what you get. If you pay more, you should get more. If you pay less, you should get less. This is what customers think is "fair," and if you don't do it, you're a money-grubbing pigfucker that doesn't deserve their trust or respect.

Well, My friend and I both got the system. I cancelled during week 2ish, and got a no questions asked refund. My friend refunded a little later like week 3-4 and then he got this response. I'm just assuming theyre getting a shit load of refunds.
If you're gonna use my face, at least give me a heads upWell we both refunded so I guess it doesn't matter does it. And maybe I don't trust the person enough to share all of my campaigns with him on the magic bullet software?

That's why I first thought you slammed him, but then others here are posting damning evidence that you really recommended it
So you gotta pick your side - perhaps in your next post
Still love ppc.bz![]()
