I was planning on saying something similar. I mean, even if I am a millionaire, why would I buy a larger house than I need? All that does is make the walk from my bedroom to the kitchen for a cup of coffee that much harder....

You should go to the buy/sell section ask someone to do some photoshopping for you. Or maybe I can loan you a check to post ;). That's how its getting done these days i hear.

This is true fact. I went from 30k a month to 20 dollars a day in February. Things are picking up again recently but the shit hurts like a motherfucker. Luckly, I don't spend money so I could live of my savings for quite some time.

I'm mixing PPC w/ SEO. I love PPC because it's ASAP money, you know? Spend $2,000 or $3,000 and see if it pans out. It's kinda a great feeling when you go to bed after setting up a new PPC campaign and wake up to a shitload of revenue/profit.

But, nothing beats SEO in terms of profit margins :P

Exactly. I have a pretty big rainy day fund in the event shit happens and my online stuff tanks. But, the biggest security you can give yourself is to keep working and learning. As long as you adapt and change w/ the times, you'll be fine.

But $20 day? WTF happened man?!

Houses are a great investment unless you buy a shitty house in a shitty housing estate area. I'd say thats a better investment than leaving it sitting in a bank account. My parents house cost $30k 20 years ago.. its worth nearly $1 mil now, its not even that great of a house...

I was just trying to get across that the value of your house doesn't necessarily reflect your income.
