ok, so I clicked it... I had to see what was worse than a RickRoll... First up, that Make Monies Online site needs get some linkbacks to it. Let's get it on the first page of Google when people look for SEO or PPC or some other online marketing terms... Fuck it! If you're going to do it, do it right, and get the whole damn world! MEME IT I SAY!!!
Secondly: What the hell is wrong with a $150k house? The cost of a house is usually not much at all. It's the land that's expensive. Right now, you can get waterfront apartments in Sydney for just under $200K, and it's supposedly the most expensive real estate in the Southern hemisphere. Reason is that it comes with no land, and the apartment is slightly larger than the desk I'm currently at now.
But if that's all you need, so be it.
Personally, I'm of the opinion that you don't need more than a bedroom, a study, a kitchen, and somewhere to take a crap... And maybe a garden if you want a pet or two... If you're living with someone, add another 2 rooms and a hallway cupboard...
This obsession with large houses and powerful cars as a way of showing off our wealth is not only stupid, it's kind of pathetic.

The smart people are investing in blue-chips and pumping their 401k/super to the hilt with the money they're getting from this.
