i set one up late night. followed all the directions about it here (no free stuff, no dating, no popups, etc) and the acct got 0 impressions over about 3 hours. i went to bed, woke up and acct was disabled.
first acct, everything was legit. bid 15c, then i upped it to 21 to see if i'd get any impressions....still nothing.
how are you guys contacting them? i dont see anywhere to contact them...

What is your refund policy?
In general, we do not give refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, if we took down your Flyer because you asked us to, if we took down your Flyer because it was offensive or inappropriate, or if we took down your Flyer for violating applicable terms or guidelines.

You're not asking them for a refund, you're asking your credit card company to refund a purchase where you were defrauded. Given that they're not providing, indeed are refusing to provide, a specific reason for why they took your money without providing the contracted service nor are providing you with specific charges that have and might be applied to your account I would say that you have a solid case against them. I've seen online purchases reversed by credit card companies for less, a lot less.
I just saw that in there and thought I would post it......although by them stating "took down your flyer for violating applicable terms or guidelines." that might be how they try to defend theirselves. I have 0 experience with trying to get a purchase reversed though.

I used to do a lot of buying and selling on eBay so I've had to chargeback a few purchases where PayPal couldn't/wouldn't make the refund and I've had a chargeback as a seller although the buyer jumped the gun on that one since I would have refunded them anyway.
How easily you can chargeback depends on your card issuer and the merchant's processing company. Some will back you 100% as the consumer while others won't. Some processors, like PayPal, will roll over at the first sign of trouble while others will fight a chargeback tooth and nail.
If they could point at a specific thing in their rules that said, "You can't do zip/email submit affiliate ads" then they would win. But since they're being arbitrary about it and making up rules as they go along and not giving you a specific reason why they canceled and didn't refund you that gives you a good leg to stand on.
Alright boys, back in business. It's definitely a temp ban. The account on my server(where I did everything before) is stagnant. Signed up for a different account on a different IP, and everything works stellar. Also change your domain, and POSSIBLY the IP the site is hosted on.
How in the name of fuck do you do that? lol. How do you get them up quickly, and.. you must be making something to keep going.

specific offers... i don't think facebook likes any promo type words and will look over the ad if it appears too "affiliate"

wsmith, are you using a redirect url? Because it seems they have blocked all copeac affiliate links.
