To those getting banned- what did you do to get banned? I have not yet been banned and want to avoid it

I deleted & re-added the same ad several times since that seemed to be the only way to get traffic to it lol - then again on my second account all I did was make two ads, got banned because they apparently blocked maxbounty links - was doing pretty well with a raised cpc and not editing the ads like mad - oh well, time to break out the second, third, etc credit cards
Are you using keywords to target? Are you able to find the keywords related to your offer? I had a hard time with that, they're limited on the keywords they offer. Do the keywords really make a difference? I would think since it's so limited it couldn't really work that well.

I had an account (#2) running fine this morning, maxed out the budget. I went to check on it again, and it'd had been banned. I set up account #3, starting getting impressions, and around $3 in clicks, before it got banned. I've just set up #4 and posted a flyer, I'll see how it goes.
Well, so far account #4 let me burn up a $5 daily budget with some nice conversions. They need to just come out and tell us why we're getting banned. I never deleted/added duplicate flyers, I promoted dating, but no ringtones. It seems like they're against all affiliate offers. If that's the case, what the fuck are they doing running a CPC advertising network?
Dammit I got banned too. And I wasn't even linking directly to the offer. I can't find in the TOS where I was doing anything wrong. Has anyone opened a new account and not been re-banned?

We are sorry but we can't give you a reason that your account was disabled. You clearly broke our TOS over and over again. We also just realized that we are retarded for not running affiliate offers ourselves. After seeing all the affiliate marketers showing us what works we will be stealing your ideas and keeping all the money for ourselves. Furthermore we will only be keeping advertisers who are stupid and can't make money for themselves. Thanks again for showing us how much money targeted ads on Facebook can make us. Go back to enjoying Google's QS.

4th account banned here. They are getting quicker and quicker. 3 accounts on the same credit card after that they blocked the card.
I emailed them asking them to please provide a receipt of my click costs since I can't log into to see what they charged me. I'm sure they won't send this info but it is bull shit since we can't be sure what are credit card statement says is correct. They could charge us anything.
