I've overextended myself and I need a partner for a website I started a few weeks ago.

When I say partner, I mean you will do all of the work. I will help with small things here and there, tell you what to do, and bank-roll where necessary.

It is specific niche finance website. This will be a quality content heavy site (no garbage stuffing). If everything is done right, I expect the site to generate $1,000-$1,200/month in ad income after 4-6 months which I will split with you 50(you)/25(me)/25(back-into-site).

If you are a lazy fuck or difficult to work with, don't bother.

I have the recipe, just need the work done.

wat, why on earth would anybody remotely capable do this? They do all the work and you get a 25% cut?

I'm also offering the same deal, you pick the niche and I will ocassionally send you a vague email to tell you to keep up the work!

You must be able to dedicate at least 48 hrs a week to this.

You want to hire a guy to do all the work, and yet you don't want a lazy fuck working with you?

I feel bad for that guy, sounds like your even a lazier fuck ha

With your amazing 50 word business plan, and the massive funding and profitability potential; I'm sure thousands of quality prospects with throw themselves at you.

And everyone laughs while the smarter audience has sent a PM and expects to put in a little work paired with a tried formula to add to their passive income. Years of experience and mentorship aren't worth shit and equate to being a lazy fuck, right?

I realize more and more how many of WF are actually making it, and how many of us are so far disconnected.

This is the kind of thing so many work-hard-nothing-to-show-for-its look for. I recommend any newbies with a great work ethic but little experience to get in touch with blureach. I can vouche for him. The guy knows his shit and crushes it.

Sooo.......I'm guessing you have volunteered to be OP's bitch?

Based on what he has said, this sounds like a great opportunity for a daisy fresh rookie. No doubt about that. They can learn the ropes from someone with more experience and earn some scrilla on the side. Because of that I think this thread might go over better on some of the popular heterosexual webmaster forums like Warrior Forum or Digital Point.

One day I'll be 'smart enough' to work full time on the premise of 'maybe' earning $500/month within 4-6 months.

In the meantime; I'm going to be 'stupid' and dream of 'lesser things'.

You know, there are wonderful places filled with 'smart people' who would jump at such an awesome opportunity. Just check DP or WaFo.

I'm already OPs bitch on a number of projects, and again, I personally vouche for him.

But I'm done outing this opportunity. Sounds like it was already snatched up.

Who will create the content? How will traffic be generated? Are you looking for somebody to build and manage the framework, design and programming?
I have a system setup for content that will require some spin for a period of time and a system planned for end-game.
Traffic will come from organic SEO.
Framework is set-up, just needs content and management stuff.

Works for me. Try it sometime.

Like I said, too much on the plate.
Either someone partners, or the project gets shelved for 6-8 months.

So far the thread has yielded quite well from my inbox's vantage.

I currently have 6 business partners on 5 different projects. I've realized the ability to leverage others talents/strengths against my weaknesses works out pretty well for me.

This is by no means the opportunity of a life-time or free-lunch. Just a way for someone to build passive income that doesn't already have something established.

It's not close to full time. I wont speculate exact hours until discussing with the person but it is definitely part-time.

If I was starting out, I would honestly have taken this opportunity. When you run a business, it sometimes doesn't make sense to take a 50/50 cut people. There are alot of other factors to consider: Experience, workload, is there a process or system in place. If you are not both starting from scratch, then a scenario like this would make sense. Someone asking for 50/50 off the top without knowing the workload or requirements is definitely showing immaturity.

Imagine if Donald Trump or Bill Gates gave you the exact scenario but only 10% went to you, most of you would jump at the opportunity, since you know it will lead to bigger things, and there is a reputable name being it.

You know what, for anyone who agrees with you - they're welcome to be my bitch, in exchange for a more concrete offer - $500 a month guaranteed + an hour of mentoring a week. Open to anyone from the US/Europe.

Don't understand why the OP is getting stick for this. Sounds open and honest - it's just a business proposal. It's an opportunity - which many might appreciate, if you're not interested then ignore it. Or perhaps I am missing something??
