New Computer - What to chose ?

I have antec sonata III and it's really quiet. in the beginning i always thought that the pc somehow managed to shut itself off.

Well proc fsb is 1333mhz and the memory should match that. If I would of got 667mhz memories would certainely drop performance more than 3%.

From what i know difference between 667mhz and 800mhz is like 20% so ...

Well duh... the number 667 is approximately 83% of the number 800. The speed of memory is not a linear scale.
