If you have a dedicated advertising account signed up with facebook, they are currently stopping you from creating an ad, because they make you sign up for privacy services in the ad review screen. The main problem with this is that dedicated advertising accounts don't allow for privacy controls; you need a profile.

ah european brother, i can feel you. but on the other side you'll find lots of europeans that'll translate your page for way less than $100, specially in FR and ITA

Yep. Ended up having to create a profile in order to create ads, so I'll probably get banned.
 
Are you guys able to target European countries without the US and get the ads through? I don't want to cloak, I'm just a newb, just curious :P

Yeah but I think what he is saying is it would be nice to target a large demo and pass all the variables to you can track ROI on your own back end.

That or a facebook pixel and their same reports with an ROI column would be nice.
 
that responder profile report seems pretty useless... let me sum up top kws... movies, music, books (reading)

you can track with subid's for now... its tedious but if you want to increase your ROI you will do it... (separates the lazys from the workers)
 
Anyone else finding that impressions and conversions for dating are much harder to come by post-T'giving? It's like night and day for me. My affiliate mgr. says all the former rebill guys have now jumped into dating, and that would definitely explain things. Wondering if anyone else is seeing the same drop off?

That's great, and I really envy you. Do you sometimes have problems getting the ads through because your foreign language copy wasn't understood?

Actually, I've been quite surprised by this. I have done some pretty small languages and I've slipped in curse words and stuff like that just to see if they'd notice and they nearly always do. They must have review staff that speaks lots of languages.
