does anyone know what happens to his delegates now that he is dropped? Are they still bound to him at the convention, can they vote for who ever they want? How does this work?
All of Santorum's delegates will go to Ron Paul, but by some conspiracy not understood by anyone in the Universe, they will be secretly switched to Romney.
