Um, if Paul were to take his home state like that, (totally expected) do you realize that he will be in the LEAD?
I must have missed something, how do you figure that?

Here are some counts from published sources that I've checked out:

After Super Tuesday Is Ron Paul Still Second in the Delegate Count? | allanstevo.comThe truth of the matter is, no one really knows how many delegates anyone has at this moment. There are binding agreements that make it easier to understand the delegate count in some states. However, it’s all speculation until the RNC convenes in August and we see how the delegates actually vote. The more likely it becomes that there will be a brokered convention, the more uncertain those delegate bindings become.
Based on the feedback I’ve been hearing – the folks at Lemon Global get it right. Based on the states that currently have had primaries and caucuses, Ron Paul is probably number two in the delegate count. At this late point in the game, it’s unlikely that anyone will be successful in trying to stop a coup at the RNC, because Ron Paul supporters are learning and using rules written by the GOP insiders to beat the insiders at their own game.
Which is why the whole notion of a primary is a joke.
I didn't see this above so I'll post it:

I'm still waiting for the news story to come out, where Rick is caught by a paparazzi for sniffing cocaine off a 17 year old gay prostitutes ass.
Wait a minute, it wasn't ALWAYS boring? wuddayaknow! This political race has got boring real fast.

What a bunch of Establishment-slanted crap you've found there! You even managed to include CNN. Wow.Here are some counts from published sources that I've checked out:

ABC News said:"Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich may not appear on the ballot for the June 26 Utah primary, after a $500 check - the required filing fee - bounced, an official said.
State election director Mark Thomas told ABC News that a $500 check given by the Gingrich campaign to secure his place on the Utah ballot bounced on March 27.
Swann's the man. I think he must have compromising pictures of his boss at Faux news Cincinnati and uses them to do these spots to inject fairness into this campaign... This must be like his 10th Fair-handed reporting piece... Surely by now he's on someone hitlist.Wow that was impressive. Especially for local news, which I pretty much detest.

Look, even if you don't believe that the establishment is clearly out to screw Paul over hard, surely you can see, just by the news stories on all of these places' front pages, that they are clearly hiding ALL good news about the Paul campaign by now, right?
Every single day Paul's campaign does something newsworthy like draw a huge Crowd Romney can't ever hope to match or wipe up every delegate in a state... A State that he didn't even win the popular vote in.
Yet if you look at the front page of each of the four rags you just quoted, Do you see ANY positive press about Paul, At ALL? Usually they only ask him when he's going to quit.
Anyone who can't see how wrong and slanted that alone is needs to stick to a life of burger flipping.
So why would you ever use these sources to decide the "real" delegate count?
To get a better count, (I'm not claiming it's perfect) Lemon Global here is a 3rd-party Delegate counter. Here is their Post-Santorum-Dropout pair of updates:
ASSUMING FROTHY'S BOUND DELEGATES STAY BOUND IN THE FIRST ROUND OF VOTING:

ASSUMING THOSE STATES VOTE TO RELEASE THEIR DELEGATES FOR THE FIRST ROUND, OR ASSUMING THE SECOND ROUND OF VOTING:
![]()
And as for those Newt delegates, those are more likely to flow to Paul than to Romney too... Newt Constantly sucked up to Paul in the debates and his base is some of the most conservative in the nation. (Somehow.)
When will we get those? I'm guessing today or tomorrow. Here's why:
And we're going to vote for Paul's home state of Texas with their Ton of delegates next month... Which is ALREADY lining up the huge crowds for Paul:

That's from a smaller town in Texas called College Station last night, where Texas A&M is located. Today is Ft. Worth, and Tomorrow will be San Antonio. Clearly Paul is going to wipe up in his home state... Which has the 2nd highest number of Delegates and electors of all... More than enough to surpass Romney if he does well!

...Or it is a necessary reflection of the fucked-up state of affairs we suffer under?..calling other people's news sources slanted while quoting delegate counts from a Blogspot blog run by a teenager and calling it not biased and not slanted is rather comical.
